All orders require a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is due after you approve the final painting. You will receive a digital proof before the painting begins and another after completion.

2. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions on the digital proof stage. Once the painting begins, minor adjustments can be made. Major changes to composition after painting has started may incur additional fees.

3. Turnaround Time

Regular service: 20-23 days. Rush service (+15%): 18-21 days. Express shipping available at checkout.

4. Refunds

5. Shipping

6. Copyright

You retain all rights to your original photos. We retain the right to use the finished painting for promotional purposes unless you opt out.
