1. Order Process

Payment is due in full at checkout. A 20% discount is available only through eligible email offers and their designated links; otherwise, orders are charged at the full price shown at checkout. Before shipment, we will send photos or videos of the completed portrait for your review.

2. Revisions

We will send preview photos or videos of your completed portrait before it ships. Please review the preview and contact us at info@auroart.com if you have concerns.

3. Turnaround Time

All orders have an estimated total turnaround time of 12–21 business days.

4. Refunds

Custom portraits are not eligible for returns or refunds for personal reasons. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos to request a free replacement or full refund. AUROART covers the required return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

5. Shipping

Shipping to the United States is free, and duties and taxes are included. See our Shipping Policy for shipping details.

6. Copyright

You retain all rights to your original photos. We retain the right to use the finished painting for promotional purposes unless you opt out.
